Where are your products made?


We have sourced product made from all over the world - including, Canada, US, Thailand, Mexico, Vietnam and India. If you're interested in any further information regarding a specific product, please contact us.

What measurements are used on your site?

All measurements are in inches unless otherwise noted. 

Are all items on your site stocked?

Yes, we have all of our inventory stocked. If it is listed as out of stock on the website, that means we are waiting for a new order shipment. You can sign up for in-stock notifications to make sure you don't miss out.



Programs


Do you have a Trade Program?

Not currently, but we are working towards creating one. If you are interested in being a part of our Trade Program in the future, please contact us! We'd love to hear from you.



Shipping/Orders


Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we are located in Edmonton, Alberta, and offer free local pickup. At the time of checkout, make sure you choose local pickup and we will contact you when your order is ready for pickup. All orders will be held for 7 days, if not picked up within this time frame, we will return your purchase to the original method of payment.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we only offer shipping within Canada. We look forward to expanding our shipping internationally into the United States in the near future.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $20.00 through Canada Post Tracked Shipping. We offer free shipping for all orders over $150.

What currency do you use?

We use CAD currency only for our checkout.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are shipped in 1-3 business days. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive. For peace of mind, you'll be able to track your order through Canada Post. You'll be provided with your tracking number upon shipment.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation. If your order has already shipped, we unfortunately will not be able to fulfill the request. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Although we do our best to carefully pack your order, damages during shipping can happen. All defects and damages are subject to inspection and approval and must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please fill out the defect/damage claim form here and we will get started on finding a solution for you.
